Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced they have joined the SD Association (www.sdcard.org) and launched a new 800 Series Industrial SD Cards which support the SDHC interface. The SDHC interface support will allow the 800 Series products to have a capacity range of 128Mbytes to 8Gbytes at the time of launch. As with all of the Cactus Technologies products, there is no compromise on the Industrial feature set – maximum reliability, ruggedness and quality are built in.

Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced the launch of a new family of Industrial Disk On Module (DOM) products in both 40 and 44 pin versions. The DOM products are meant to satisfy the needs of Industrial OEM customers that want a very small form factor product for embedded applications having either a 40 or 44 pin IDE connector. The DOM emulates a hard disk drive so additional host changes are not required.

Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced the launch of a new family of Industrial 2.5” IDE Flash Drives, to meet the needs of Industrial OEMs requiring solid state disks (SSD) to replace mechanical hard disk drives. Following in the footsteps of our CompactFlash and PC Card products, these 2.5” SSD meet the rugged, long life cycle storage requirements of the Industrial OEM customer base.

Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced the launch of a new family of Industrial flash cards in the PC Card form factor, to address the large base of existing host systems requiring this format. As with the Cactus CompactFlash cards, the PC Card continues the tradition of rugged, long life cycle flash memory storage cards directed to the needs of the Industrial customer base.
