Each product has an optional -45C to 90C extended temperature range version and the Pro Series offering has many special features including military erasure, write protect, security and locking. IDE SSD based on SLC NAND Flash
Industrial IDE SSD from Cactus come in a few different varieties to meet any OEM’s requirements. SLC 2.5” IDE SSD are available in three different product Series, range in capacity from 128 Mbytes to 64 Gbytes and have several different performance options.
An SLC 1.8” IDE SSD is available in the 303 product Series, with capacities from 128 Mbytes to 32 Gbytes. Although the IDE SSD product offering is not the latest and greatest, it meets the needs of legacy systems wanting a replacement for IDE hard disk drive or as replacement for obsolete IDE Flash Drive.
