The Cactus Technologies 245S Series OEM Grade CFast Memory Card is a Pseudo-SLC NAND based solid-state flash memory device that complies with the CompactFlash Association standard in the CFast Type I form factor. It is available in capacities from 4GBytes to 64GBytes.
It is intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with high performance SATA III interface and applications which require better endurance, error rates and data retention than the Commercial Grade MLC CFast. A detailed overview of pSLC is provided in the Overview of Pseudo-SLC NAND White Paper.
The 245S Series pSLC CFast comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 245S Series CFast, making it a very reliable Pseudo-SLC CFast.
Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).
