The Cactus Technologies 240S Series Industrial MLC M.2 (also known as NGFF – Next Generation Form Factor), 2242 (22mm x 42mm) form factor is available in capacities up to 256 Gbytes, is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the SATA-IO group’s specifications. Based on MLC NAND, it is intended for OEM applications needing a cost-effective part with a high-performance SATA interface.
The 240S Series M.2 2242 has full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling, and Defect Management into the 240S Series M.2, making it the market's most reliable MLC-based M.2. Custom Labeling, Custom ID, and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).
