Cactus Technologies, Ltd. Launches 256GB & 512GB Capacities of 700S Series Industrial Grade 2.5" SATA SSD
Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced the launch of two new high capacity SSDs in our 700S Series high performance Industrial Grade 2.5" SATA Series. The new 256GB and 512GB capacity 700S Series SATA Solid State Drives round out our current 32GB, 64GB and 128GB densities. All parts are SLC NAND based and have High Endurance, High Performance, Rugged Construction, Long Life Cycles and Industrial Grade Wear Leveling and Defect Management.
