Cactus Technologies Industrial 3D SD cards are reliable, cost-effective flash storage devices based on Industrial 3D BICS5 NAND. They are intended for applications that demand high performance in a rugged, small-footprint form factor guaranteed to MIL-810 Standard shock and vibration.
The Cactus Industrial 3D SD cards have 36-48-month life cycles. For longer-life-cycle OEM system requirements, Cactus can review the application with the OEM and possibly extend the life-cycle range. These 3D SD Cards have a Locked BOM (Bill of Materials), indicating that no changes to the controller silicon, NAND silicon, or firmware will be made without prior notification.
If a substantially higher endurance, a wider operating temperature range, or a longer life-cycle product is needed, Cactus also offers Industrial Grade SD Card products.
