Cactus Technologies Commercial Grade SATA III SSD are highly reliable, cost effective flash storage devices, based on MLC NAND. They are intended for applications which demand extremely high performance in a rugged embedded foot print guaranteed to MIL-810 Standard shock and vibration.
The Cactus MLC SATA III SSD have life cycles with no design changes in the 24+ month range. For longer life cycle OEM system requirements, Cactus can review the application with the OEM and possibly extend this life cycle range. These MLC and 3D TLC SATA 3 SSD have Locked BOM (Bill-Of-Material) signifying there will be no changes to controller silicon, NAND silicon or firmware without notification.
If a substantially higher endurance, wider operating temperature range or longer life cycle product than the MLC and 3D TLC SATA 2.5" SSD needed, Cactus also offers Industrial Grade SATA III SSD products. If lower performance MLC SATA III SSD is adequate for your application you may want to consider the lower cost Cactus MLC SATA II SSD.
