The Cactus Technologies 240S Series Commercial Grade mSATA Memory Card is a 15nm MLC NAND based solid-state flash memory device that complies with the industry standard JEDEC MO-300B and SATA-IO group’s specifications. It is available in capacities from 8GBytes to 512GBytes and intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with high performance SATA interface.
The 32GB mSATA SSD is popular in heavy industrial applications, while the 64GB mSATA and 512GB mSATA have found use in several avionics and medical systems.
The 240S Series mSATA comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 240S Series mSATA, making it a very reliable MLC mSATA. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).

mSATA to 2.5" SATA Adatper for Development
To ease an OEM's design efforts of Cactus mSATA into their system, Cactus created the mSATA to 2.5" SATA Adapter. It works with the mSATA 4GB to mSATA 256GB+ products.
The Adapter has a mSATA connector and mounting on the PCB and converts the signals to the standard 2.5" SATA connector found on most SSD. Many designers find it useful to use the final memory storage device even while developing on a different platform.
This is only meant for development of Cactus mSATA devices and is not available as a production product. Please contact Cactus if you need specific details regarding this adapter.
