Cactus Technologies, Ltd. Launches 220 Series Industrial MLC SD Card
Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced the launch of the new 220 Series Industrial MLC SD Card. This product is in the industry standard SD Card form factor as defined by the SD Association and is offered in capacities from 4GB through 64GB.
This reliable MLC NAND SD Card has Fixed BOM Control, High Performance, Rugged Construction and advanced Wear Leveling and Defect Management. It supports SD Card specification versions 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0 and interface transfer rate SDR50 (50MB/sec).
