The Cactus Technologies OEM Standard Grade USB Disk-On-Module (uDOM) is a solid state flash memory product that complies with the USB2.0 standard. The Cactus OEM Standard Grade uDOMs provide from 1GB to 16GB of formatted storage capacity and are designed to plug directly to 10pin USB headers on PC motherboards. Cactus OEM Standard Grade uDOMs are designed to be used in applications which require a removable storage device compatible with USB interface and do not require temperatures in excess of the 0 – 70C range. It is also not recommended to run an Operating System from this device; our Industrial Grade offering should be chosen for this purpose.

The OEM Standard Grade USB Disk-On-Module is the lowest cost uDOM solution and comes with full BOM Control, Longer Life Cycles and is built with more Stringent Quality Processes than traditional MLC NAND based cards in the market. Cactus Technologies incorporates ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into this device to make it the most reliable MLC device available. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements.
