Industrial Grade Serial ATA (SATA) Solid State Disk

The Cactus Technologies Industrial Grade Serial ATA (SATA) Solid State Disk, available in capacities up to 128 Gbytes, is a solid-state flash memory product in an Industry Standard 2.5” form factors. It is intended for OEM applications that require a high performance solid state device with high endurance and is available in an optional full extended temperature range of -45C to +90C.

The High Performance Industrial Grade Serial ATA (SATA) Solid State Disk is SLC NAND based and comes with full BOM Control, Long Life Cycles and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies supports extended reporting through the SMART command which can provide status on Life Cycle Monitoring, Card Performance, Endurance, Wear Leveling and End of Life Predication. Cactus also offers Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements.
