High Performance Parallel ATA (PATA) Pro Solid State Disk

The Cactus Technologies High Performance Industrial Grade Parallel ATA (PATA) Solid State Disk, available in capacities up to 32 Gbytes, is a solid-state flash memory product in an Industry Standard 1.8” or 2.5” IDE form factor. It is intended for High Performance OEM applications needing high endurance and performance or requiring the optional full extended temperature range of -45C to +90C AND Special Write Protect, ATA Security, DoD and Military Purge and Lock Features.

The High Performance Industrial Grade Parallel ATA (PATA) Solid State Disk is SLC NAND based and comes with full BOM Control, Long Life Cycles and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies supports extended reporting through the SMART command which can provide status on Life Cycle Monitoring, Card Performance, Endurance, Wear Leveling and End of Life Predication. Cactus also offers Custom Labeling, Custom ID, Preloaded Content, Software Write Protect and additional software features as requested.
