Cactus Technologies, Ltd. Establishes Distribution and Sales Channels throughout Asia and Pac-Rim —— Oct. 15, 2005

HONG KONG —— Oct. 15, 2005 —— Cactus Technologies, Ltd. today announced they have established multiple distributors and representatives throughout the Asian and Pacific Rim region. The channel partners will allow Cactus to reach a growing Industrial customer base in every locality of this geography.

Sai-Ying Ng, President of Cactus Technologies, said, "We are very pleased to announce that we will be joining forces with a number of excellent distributors and representatives permitting Cactus to acquire and support industrial OEM customers in this region.
