Due to the high demands our customer’s environments place on our parts, we have instituted the following projects and procedures:

• Quality Data Management System which provides visibility, availability and traceability of product Quality data
  * Covers Quality data/statistics/trend charts in three different areas: manufacturing, pre-sales and after-sales
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) process/procedure to handle customers’ reports efficiently and effectively
  
• On-going Reliability Test (ORT) Plan to enhance test coverage and effectiveness
  
• Temperate Cycle testing for reliability testing in order to avoid any early failures
